How to Choose the Right Sunscreen for Your Skin

Why sunscreen matters

Daily sunscreen is the single most important step for preventing dark spots, uneven tone and early signs of aging – even on cloudy days and indoors near windows.

Look for SPF and PA

Choose broad-spectrum protection: SPF 50+ for UVB and a high PA rating (PA+++ or PA++++) for UVA protection.

Pick the right texture

Oily skin: lightweight gels or fluids. Dry skin: creamy, hydrating sun creams. Sensitive skin: gentle, fragrance-free formulas. Sun sticks are great for reapplying on the go.

Apply enough and reapply

Use about two finger lengths for the face and neck, apply as the last step of your morning routine, and reapply every 2–3 hours when outdoors.
